2018年5月，集團公司根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要成立了設(shè)計部（院），設(shè)計院由從事公路行業(yè)勘察設(shè)計工作多年的人員組成，以“項目全過程工程咨詢服務(wù)”的理念為客戶提供全周期服務(wù)。

Relving on the group company,the design leader has the full function of the general contracting of the proiect such as pre-proiect consultation,feasibility study,engineering design,equipment procurement,construction management,driving service（trial operation）,training and after-sales service.
